Peter Wylie

Managing Director

Pete founded Richmond Bridge in 2022 with the goal to create an investment management platform that caters to the current and future trends of institutional investor preferences.

Pete has over 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry, including 10 years at Lendlease in various investment, transaction, and capital related roles.

Pete holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics from The University of Sydney and is a CFA Charterholder.

George Locke

Executive Director

George has been with HB&B since its establishment in 2015 and now leads acquisitions for Richmond Bridge with responsibility for managing all aspects of due diligence and sourcing.

George has deep relationships with major landowners, tenants, construction delivery partners and key consultants which help to reduce risk for the group in assessing and delivering projects.

George holds a Bachelor of Project Management in Construction (UTS) and Master of Property Development (UTS).

Spiros Deftereos

Chief Investment Officer

Spiros joined Richmond Bridge in 2024 with over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry across advisory, banking and funds management. This includes 11 years at Hostplus as Head of Property where Spiros was primarily responsible for implementing the superannuation fund’s global real estate investment strategy.

Spiros holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hon) and Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne and is a CFA Charterholder.

Tom Maleszka

Chief Operating Officer

Tom joined Richmond Bridge in 2023 to assist with the investment management activities for the business.

In this role, Tom is responsible for formulating and executing asset plans, including annual budgeting.

Tom has over 18 years of experience in commercial property and financial services including roles as a Fund Manager and in the audit and assurance division of PwC.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce (hons) from ANU, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA and a Graduate Diploma of Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Cieska Catorce

Finance Manager

Cieska joined Richmond Bridge in 2023 to lead the internal finance function for the business .

In this role, Cieska is responsible for the day to day finance management of the business as well as investor reporting for financial performance. Cieska works closely with external accounting, tax, audit and compliance advisers.

Cieska has over 8 years accounting experience, including 5 years with Lasalle Investment Management in a range of fund finance related roles. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (UWS) and is a qualified CPA.

Will McKellar

Investment Manager

Will joined Richmond Bridge in 2023 with primary responsibility for the investment and asset management of the industrial portfolio we manage.

Will has 8 years experience with Dexus across various industrial leasing, property and asset management roles.

Will holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology, Sydney

Katrina Tai

Investment Manager

Katrina joined Richmond Bridge in 2024 and is responsible for investment analysis, financial modeling and portfolio analytics of existing assets under management and new investment strategies.

Katrina has over 10 years of experience across real estate investment and M&A advisory, including 6 years at Lendlease and 4 years at ABN AMRO investment bank.

Katrina holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Business Systems from Monash University. She has also completed Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA.

Anna Wilding

Office Manager

Anna joined Richmond Bridge in 2024 to assist with streamlining office procedures and to enhance organisational efficiency within our office.

Anna is responsible for managing daily office operations and administrative tasks and works closely with the team to support their needs.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.

Barry Brakey

Investment Committee Member

Barry has over 30 years of global investment experience in Real Estate. He was Head of Property at Future Fund, Australia’s sovereign wealth fund for 10 years and previously Executive Director of his own property advisory business. At the Future Fund, Barry was responsible in establishing the strategy for the fund’s global property portfolio, including the implementation and management of the investment program.

Barry has been active through industry bodies including past National President of the Australian Property Institute, past National Director of the Property Industry Foundation and the property Council of Australia. He has also served on various other non-executive directorship and advisory committee positions, including as a member of the Future Fund’s Investment Committee.

Chris Judd

Investment Committee Member

Chris has 35 years of Real Estate and Real Estate Funds management experience in senior executive and governance roles in public and private markets across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Chris has had various senior executive leadership roles including Head of Real Estate Funds Management for AMP Capital Australia with executive and governance responsibilities in Australia and New Zealand for a A$20b+ platform. More recently Chris consulted to Blackstone Real Estate Australia on the Milestone transaction.

Chris is an independent Non-Executive Director of NZX listed Precinct Properties and a registered valuer, being an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. Chris was the inaugural chairman of the Property Council of Australia’s Unlisted Property Roundtable and was a member of the International and Capital Markets Division Committee.
